The sale runs from 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, and the participating homes are all within a short walking distance of each other. The flat, sidewalk-lined neighborhood has lots of street parking, but there is also additional parking by the old train station, which is now Community Bank at Depot Square. Bring cash and pay each individual seller.
